Quality and Service Commitment

  1. From the date of delivery, all instruments are covered by a two‑year (24‑month) warranty. Any malfunction caused by non‑human, product‑quality issues that prevents normal operation will be repaired free of charge until the customer is fully satisfied. After 24 months, only the cost of replacement materials will be charged.

  2. Within one week after receiving a service request, our company will dispatch technical personnel to visit the customer, provide on‑site inspection, and perform maintenance and care for the instrument.

  3. At the end of each year, we conduct customer satisfaction surveys through the distribution and collection of the “Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire.”

  4. During after‑sales service, we actively collect customer feedback and adopt reasonable and valid suggestions to continuously improve our service system.

  5. We gather information through market research and reports from consumer organizations, media, and industry associations.

  6. We conduct regular customer visits to ensure proper maintenance and servicing of the instruments.

  7. We establish a usage archive for each instrument and provide lifelong follow‑up service, ensuring high‑quality support before, during, and after sales.

  8. For large instruments, our engineers provide free on‑site training for 1–2 operators to ensure they can independently and proficiently operate the equipment and perform basic daily maintenance.
